St James Street is to Brighton, as Compton Street is to Soho. As well as its wide selection of gay bars and clubs, you will also find a vibrant café culture; great restaurants; beauty salons; supermarket and almost anything else you care to mention.

This very comfortable apartment can sleep up to 6 people. Rooms consist of one double room and a triple/twin room with a double sofa bed in lounge. The apartment is on the first floor and can only be accessed by stairs.
Hall: The bedroom is opposite the front door. The bathroom, living room and second bedroom also lead off from the hallway. The kitchen can be accessed from

the living room.
Bedroom: a bright room with large windows at the back of the building, ensuring a quiet night/days sleep. The room comprises: double bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and television.
Lounge: spacious and comfortable space with stripped wooden floorboards, large French windows leading onto a 'Juliet balcony' with sea views. Furnishings are simple and include two large sofas, small coffee table, dining tables and chairs and storage space.

Facilities include, T.V, DVD player/CD player for entertainment and pay phone. Plants, rugs and lamps are added for that extra homely feel.
Kitchen: Modern and functional kitchen, comprising a stainless steel oven/grill, toaster, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge (with small freezer compartment). Plates, cutlery, pots and pans etc are all provided.
Shower & W.C.: Contemporary and simple in style; white tiled walls with bare floorboards, luxury double shower with good water pressure; funky sink and tap with silver towel rail/radiator.
